Spring sprung a long time ago...
I guess it's no secret that I'm way behind on the blog. (Although the blog says it's May 13th, it's really July 6th. Apparently I started this post 2 months ago.) Today is the first day in months that I haven't had a million things going on. I'll catch up on our spring activities and then hopefully do another post soon of our crazy summer.
This is Kate's last day of Little Gym. She had so much fun this spring playing with the kids, the bubbles, and the balls. (She's squatting by my prize winning tulips. It was total luck, but these flowers were bea-u-ti-ful! Just like my little girl.)
I thought I heard her getting up from her nap and went to check on her. Poor little thing was so tired she fell back asleep on the stairs on her way down.
Sean's spring recital at preschool. Such a handsome devil. He knew every word and dance to every song, but stood like a statue with his hands over his ears the whole time. The kid hate's anything too loud (like applause).
Mother's day with my cute little kids that made me a mommy.
My Grandma Primmer came out for the weekend and went to church with us. Kind of a big deal for all of us to be a church at the same time. :)
Kid's giving Great Grandma Coleman her mother's day card.
Some random cuteness.
Sean's become quite the photographer. Here's a good one he got of Dada and Kate.
Our first trip to Albuquerque. Sean and Grace seem to be twins separated at birth. They love all the same things, clothes, and activities. Here they are reading a bed time story about sharks.
Sean sporting his gruesome new shark shirt he scored at the aquarium.
Little trip to the park in a wagon.
The best part of our trip was dropping off and picking up Grace at the bus stop. Sean loves school buses, and this is as close as he has ever gotten to one.
Kate went ahead and undressed herself at the gift shop, then redressed herself in all the stuff they were selling. Looks like a tourist to me.
The coolest aquarium we eva seen! I have to give it to NM for having about the best aquarium for Sean to see.
I think Sean was a shark in a past life. Really I do.
I had to post this last picture because it shows the Daffodils Grandpa Coleman ordered before he died. (Grandma gave them to me last fall to plant.) Also, it shows the kids in their true colors- messy hair, and mismatched clothes and jammies. This is how they really look 99% of the time. All the cute, clean, new outfit pictures are just for show!
