Tiny dancers.

My two tiny dancers melted my heart at their first dance recital.  Kate started dance last fall, and for months Sean begged to go to dance with her.  In December, I finally begged the hip hop teacher to let him come dance with her class.  She said he could come, but since he was too young to be in this age group, he wouldn't be able to perform.  Four months later, she got measurements for his costume.   He looks so cute in this dance with all the 11 year old girls.  I don't know how many people came up to me and said he was the cutest thing in the whole show.

Kate was the most precious little ballerina I have ever seen.  This week we have had 4 hour rehearsals every day and three recitals in one weekend.  I thought we would have melt downs for the record books, but the kids love this so much they actually were perfect little angels.  I am so proud of both of them.

It was strictly prohibited to take video at any performance, but I may have bent the rules at their dress rehearsal.  I missed the first part of Sean's dance running to get Kate, but I got enough to see how cute he is in his big kid class.

It may not be very manly to take dance, but Sean is all smiles in the girls dressing room with all of his cute girl friends.  There are 2 other older boys in his class too.
