Here comes trouble!

It took Kate about 10 minutes to adjust back to life without a cast on her leg. She's making up for lost time, and making me more nervous than ever. I'm so scared she's going to get hurt again, I'm having a hard time letting her explore and try new things. I think she's going to give me a run for my money for the next two years. This face says it all!!

Where's my medal?!! I finally surrendered and took both kids camping for Randy, and although we did have a good time once we got there, I'm pretty sure I'm not going again for a long time. Sean was also happy to get off the bumpy road. By bumpy I mean the giant boulders we had to climb to get to the middle of nowhere. There's a reason no one goes to Blue Lake and as you can see, it's not because of the beautiful scenery, it's because cars are not made to go up there!!

Sean has a new buddy, Soren. He's not even 2 years old yet, but he sure is a cool kid. He and Sean are the same size and had a blast doing everything together. Soren copied everything Sean did the whole trip.

Good morning!! I'm not sure who was more happy when the sun came up. That was one of the longest nights of my life. Both kids didn't sleep much and I didn't sleep at all. Randy slept like a rock of course.

The dudes.

Sean and Soren spent most of the day throwing sticks and rocks into the lake. Also, there was the rubber ducky, lawn chair, and toy truck. Sorry Soren! I hope you guys were able to retreive the truck after we left.

Kate enjoyed soaking up the sun on a blanket.

This was one of our recent trips to Snowbird. We rode the tram up and enjoyed the beautiful day.

Camping is so much fun.. but I will agree it is much different with kids!!! Glad you survived :) It did look like a beautiful place. Cannot believe how big the kids are getting. They are just super cute. Hope to see you soon!

I give you a gold medal! I haven't gone camping in years and it is because of my kids, that I won't go until everyone is older. I can't believe how beautiful the site is. You will have to give me directions for when I go.
